Chocolate molds you can't get anywhere else

ComposiMold-FC (food contact) allows you to make your own chocolate molds. Instead of searching for premade molds, you can make some unique food molds. Here are some that we cast. For chocolate we used "Make 'n Mold" Candy wafers in vanilla, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate. As a special request, we also used Lintz 70% Dark Chocolate.

The process is much like making a mold of anything else. You take the original master and place it in a container (mold box). Melt the ComposiMold and pour it over and around the original master. You can cool the ComposiMold mold faster to solidify by placing the ComposiMold in the refrigerator or freezer. Next melt the chocolate. Chocolate melts at about 80 F and you can burn it. So careful. Chocolate is microwavable but use short times and try to stir after every interval.

More examples to come. In some ways chocolate is one of the nicest casting materials in ComposiMold because it works really well and if you want you can remelt it and start again. However, I tend to eat too much of the chocolate!
